This tool is built and hosted on the Lovable Cloud platform. Lovable provides the underlying infrastructure, database, and edge runtime. Upscale Marketing is responsible for the data collected through this application and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you use the audit tool or contact us, we may collect the following information:
- Business information: the business name and Google Places
place_idyou search for, and the resulting audit score and report. - Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and any message you submit through the contact form.
- Usage data: general browser and device information collected by Meta Ads and similar analytics tools to measure ad performance and improve the experience.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or health information.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate and deliver your Google Business Profile audit report.
- Follow up on leads and respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- Measure and improve the performance of the tool and our advertising campaigns.
- Maintain the security and reliability of the service.
How we store and protect your data
Your data is stored in Lovable Cloud databases with access restricted to authorized Upscale Marketing team members and service accounts. We use standard security practices including encrypted data transmission and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain audit and lead data for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required to respond to an active inquiry or comply with legal obligations. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate and promote this tool:
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, and serverless runtime.
- Meta Ads — advertising, analytics, and conversion measurement.
- Google Places / Google Maps APIs — public business listing data used to generate the audit.
These services may process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
